Web Design Guarantee
How it works:
After we have had our initial design meeting with you and have received all resource materials such as images, logos and existing print materials, we will create several web design concepts for you to review. We will continue to update, re-work and change the graphic design of your site until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome, no limited number of changes, no limited number of concepts - we work until you're 100% happy!
As with all guarantees we need to set some conditions to prevent people from taking advantage of this offer for unfair gain.
The conditions are as follows:
- We will work on the graphic design of your site until you are 100% satisfied with its look, feel and the image it presents to your customers.
- Once you have signed off on the design by either agreeing verbally or in the form of a signed completed design agreement that you are happy with the design of your site, any additional changes from then on will be charged at our normal hourly rate. We will, of course, quote you on the cost of additional changes before beginning work so there are no surprises!
- Once you agree the site is OK and we move to the next stage of development, we expect to be paid the agreed amount for our work.
Search Engine Optimisation Guarantee
How it works:
If we haven’t increased the website traffic (the number of people coming to your site) from the search engines within 6 weeks of optimising you site, you get your money back IN FULL!
The conditions are as follows:
- "Traffic" refers to the number of people who visit your site.
- The measurement for an increase in traffic requires at least one month's average traffic data from Google Analytics prior to the commencement of your optimisation campaign as a baseline.
- Increase in traffic does not mean an increase in sales or enquiries. If your website or business practices are preventing people from purchasing or enquiring from you it won't matter how many people come to your site, you won't increase sales or enquiries.
- Traffic increase is measured from after the first month of optimisation as it takes time for changes to be implemented, indexed and to take effect.
- This guarantee covers both Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click Advertising services
- Once the search engine optimisation campaign and/or pay per click campaign have been completed and an increase in traffic has been achieved, we expect to be paid the agreed amount in full for our work.
- Search Engine Optimisation is an ongoing process. Due to competing businesses also optimising for the same markets and changes in search engine algorithms, traffic may decrease in the proceeding months if SEO efforts are not continued on a regular basis.
Pay Per Click Guarantee
We guarantee a positive Return On Investment (ROI) for your 6 month PPC campaign or we’ll refund your investment in FULL!
Conditions are as follows:
- We require accurate average dollar sale, sales and profit per sale figures to accurately determine your ROI. We cannot guarantee a positive ROI without this information.
- If after the completion of your campaign you still don’t have a positive ROI, we’ll refund your money in full.
- You or anyone other than a DBG employee must not make changes your account in any way over the duration of the campaign.
- Conditions and unforseen circumstances such as your website being offline for a period of time, problems with your advertising billing or any other event out of DBG Technologies’ control that affects traffic and sales through your website may void this agreement.
