Outcome:
The Laptop Plus website is now completely integrated with their internal stock systems including up to the minute stock levels, a new fresh interface for customers to easily find the battery they need and a streamlined purchasing system to reduce the number of people from leaving during the previously complicated purchasing process.
Our cooperation with DBG Technologies started early 2007 when I setup the business Laptop Plus, Laptop Plus was my first E-Commerce business and I had very little idea in what needed to be done to set up such a business and more importantly how to make it work successfully. I approached DBG Technologies through a friend and asked them for advice.
DBG Technologies helped us set up the business and start operating. In the past two and a bit years we have changed a few things, adjusted a few products and have faced few problems, I can sincerely say that without the help and support of DBG Technologies we could not have been as successful as we are today.
